Once Ivans Exchange has been updated to Webcetera/EZLynx, this will help streamline the process and avoid any additional delays when setting up downloads. If EZLynx is not your first Management System, this is your second step to getting setup for downloads! You will need to change your Management System in Ivans Exchange. Please note: If you are going through a Data Conversion, do not complete this step without first getting the green light from your Data Conversion Specialist!Ĭontact Ivans to Set EZLynx as Management System If EZLynx is not your first Management System, this is your first step to getting setup for downloads! You will want to contact your prior policy management system and request that your downloads be turned off, this must be done with your prior management system, not IVANS. That carrier will help you obtain an Ivans Exchange account by submitting your agency information to Ivans. It's recommend to reach out to the carrier you do the most business with. To do this, contact one of your carriers that downloads through Ivans Exchange.
